For now, we only deliver in The Netherlands. Their Hands will arrive to other countries in Europe very soon.
The Netherlands: 3-7 days.
Note: we do not send to post office boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you love your Their Hands pieces. If for any reason a piece does not work out for you, we gladly offer free returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your package. Keep in mind that we do not offer cash refunds at this time.
To request a return, please send email email@example.com before mailing to piece(s) with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly!
When making returns, please bear in mind that:
As with all handmade pieces, variations will occur, but the quality of Their Hands pieces will always be exceptional. If you received a damaged or defective piece, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the piece.
Returns may be refused at Their Hands' discretion.
We care about our planet and try our best to recycle and reuse all pieces boxes if possible, so please take extra care of your package, and send any piece(s) back in their original package. Please pack fragile pieces with the protective materials that you received them with.
When we receive your package, we will first inspect the condition of the piece before proceeding. All pieces must arrive at Their Hands unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in good condition. On the contrary, additional charges may apply and they will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Your store credit never expires and will be issued as a digital gift card.
Any taxes charged will be included with your store credit in accordance with the law.
If you would like to exchange a piece, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement — if in stock — upon receiving your store credit.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not shipped, we will try out best to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. However, if your order has been shipped, we won't be able to process the cancellation.
If you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different colour), it can be done as long as your order hasn’t shipped. As each piece is handmade, keep in mind that it can take additional time to complete your new order.
We can change your shopping address as long as the package has not left our building, to make a change, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once the package has shipped.
